As Chairperson of Inish Theatre, Elaina is deeply involved in the local arts scene, both onstage and behind the scenes. Her experience spans a range of roles, with a particular flair for sharp wit, humour, and bold, expressive characters. Whether delivering subtle clues or commanding attention in the room, she relishes the challenge of keeping audiences engaged and entertained.

Adrian McMyler is a Director and Events Manager with extensive experience in theatre production and live event delivery. As a key member of Inish Theatre Group, Adrian has directed a range of plays and short performances, bringing strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail to every project.

He has also served as Assistant Director on three full productions, working closely with cast and crew to support rehearsals, performance quality, and overall production vision. Adrian is known for his collaborative approach, clear communication, and ability to bring teams together under pressure.

Alongside his theatre work, Adrian is an experienced events manager and party planner, with a proven track record of delivering immersive, engaging experiences — including interactive Murder Mystery events. His combined background in theatre direction and event management allows him to create memorable nights that are well-organised, entertaining, and professionally executed.

Benny Porter brings a dynamic and committed presence to the stage, with a strong passion for character-driven storytelling. A versatile performer, he has taken on a wide range of roles across drama and comedy, demonstrating both emotional depth and adaptability.

With experience in productions such as Dancing at Lughnasa, A Christmas Carol, Calendar Girls, and numerous performances with Buncrana Pantomime Society, Benny is particularly drawn to complex characters and enjoys exploring the layers, motivations, and misdirection that bring a role to life. He thrives in live, interactive theatre, where timing, audience engagement, and strong characterisation are key.

Based in Buncrana, Benny continues to develop his craft through local theatre and immersive performance. He looks forward to captivating audiences with authenticity, intrigue, and the occasional red herring throughout the twists and turns of a murder mystery night.

Róis Deeney is a seasoned theatrical mastermind with years of experience in drama and an eye for detail that never misses a beat. As Head of Production at Inish Theatre Group, Róis has spent years orchestrating performances from the shadows — cueing lights, managing chaos, and ensuring every dramatic moment lands exactly as planned.

By day, Róis is an art teacher, nurturing creativity in classrooms and lending her talents to school musical societies, where she’s known for performing, assisting with direction, and turning ambitious ideas into unforgettable productions. By night… well, that’s when things get interesting.

Overflowing with creativity, misdirection, and mischief, Róis knows how to tell a story — and more importantly, how to control one. Every gesture is intentional. Every smile might be a performance. And every secret? Perfectly staged.

Is Róis simply here to enjoy the drama… or to direct the final act?

One thing’s certain: if there’s a plot twist coming, Róis probably wrote it.

Tommy McArdle began his performance career in his teens with a theatre company, where he portrayed a young Shane MacGowan. During this early period, he also wrote three one-act plays, all of which were performed in various amateur venues.

His directing work includes a production of Lovers by Brian Friel, staged at The Playhouse. Tommy later moved to London, where he spent the next 25 years performing on the London music scene.

He returned to theatre more recently, appearing as the Ghost of Jacob Marley and performing in pantomime in the same season. Tommy is delighted to be working with Inish Theatre Group and to be part of this evening’s murder mystery.
